1.1 Program SAV2U adalah sebuah program yang dibuka kepada ahli yang telah berdaftar dibawah Angsa Emas Jewellery sahaja.
1.2 Emas yang hendak dikumpul atau disimpan melalui Program SAV2U hanya boleh dibeli melalui Laman Web platform E-Dagang Angsa Emas Jewellery.
1.3 Program SAV2U bukanlah sistem simpanan wang dan program SAV2U adalah mengikut prinsip Shariah berdasarkan konsep Al-Bai'. Ia adalah program dimana setiap ahli yang berdaftar boleh membeli emas dengan ketulenan 916 (Emas 91.6%) dengan berat serendah 0.50g dan kenaikan 0.50g (cth; 0.50g, 1.00g, 1.50g, 2.00g dan seterusnya).
1.4 Setiap gram emas yang dibeli melalui Program SAV2U disokong oleh emas fizikal dengan ketulenan 916 dalam bentuk bar emas sahaja. Emas yang disimpan di peti keselamatan akan dileburkan dan ditentukan pemilikannya setiap kali dibeli oleh pelanggan. Penghantaran akan dilakukan jika diminta oleh pelanggan.
1.5 Para pelanggan boleh melihat pembelian dan transaksi yang dibuat di Program SAV2U pada Laman Web dengan log masuk ke akaun mereka. Setelah selesai pembelian emas, pelanggan akan menerima resit rasmi melalui SAV2U sisyem E-Dagang Angsa Emas Jewellery.
1.6 Emas yang dibeli melalui Program SAV2U boleh digunakan untuk menebus dengan stok emas fizikal 916 sedia ada melalui cara 'trade in' di kedai Angsa Emas Jewellery atau Laman Web platform E-Dagang. Emas ini tidak boleh ditukar dengan wang.
1.7 Emas yang dibeli melalui Program SAV2U tidak boleh ditukar atau dipindah milik kepada ahli lain.
1.8 Emas SAV2U yang dibeli oleh pelanggan akan disimpan oleh AEJ berdasarkan prinsip Wadiah Yad Amanah dengan persetujuan pelanggan.
1.9 Setelah semua emas SAV2U yang terkumpul di peti besi telah dibeli, sistem akan membatalkan setiap transaksi pembelian emas SAV2U yang baru sehingga AEJ menambah emas baru sebagai emas SAV2U di dalam peti pesi atau mana-mana emas SAV2U yang telah ditebus.
2.1 Emas yang terkumpul melalui Program SAV2U boleh digunakan untuk menebus barang kemas fizikal melalui cara 'trade in' untuk emas yang terdapat di kedai Angsa Emas Jewellery dan Laman Web platform E-Dagang Angsa Emas Jewellery.
2.2 Berat penebusan 'trade in' adalah berdasarkan nisbah 1:1. Ini bermaksud 1.00g SAV2U adalah bersamaan dengan 1.00g barang kemas fizikal berketulenan 916.
2.2.1. Semasa proses penebusan, terdapat 2 akad yang terlibat
1) Penjualan emas yang dibeli oleh pelanggan melalui SAV2U kepada AEJ (beli semula)
2) Pembelian emas perhiasan oleh pelanggan daripada AEJ
2.3 Senario dibawah mungkin boleh berlaku semasa proses menebus SAV2U:

2.4 Selepas penebusan, SAV2U yang terkumpul akan ditolak berdasarkan berat emas yang telah ditebus atau dijual.
2.5 Para pelanggan boleh memeriksa baki berat emas yang dikemas kini dengan log masuk ke akaun SAV2U di Laman Web platform E-Dagang Angsa Emas Jewellery.
3.1 Setiap gram SAV2U yang dibeli mempunyai tempoh matang 1 minggu. Tiada penebusan berlaku dalam 1 minggu dari tarikh pembelian.
3.2 Walau bagaimanapun, setiap gram SAV2U yang telah dibeli pada tarikh yang lebih awal dan telah mencapai proses matang dapat digunakan untuk menebus barang kemas fizikal pada bila-bila masa tertakluk pada waktu operasi kedai Angsa Emas Jewellery.
4.1 Dengan membeli emas melalui program SAV2U, pelanggan sudah bersetuju dengan terma dan syarat di atas.
4.2 Angsa Emas Jewellery tidak akan bertanggungjawab atas sebarang masalah yang timbul daripada salah faham pada terma dan syarat di atas.
1.1. SAV2U Program is a program opened to all registered members of Angsa Emas Jewellery only.
1.2. The gold under SAV2U Program can only be purchased through Angsa Emas Jewellery's Ecommerce website only.
1.3. SAV2U program is not a money depository system and SAV2U program conforms with Shariah principle regular Bai’ concept. It is a program where any registered members can purchase 916 gold (91.6% gold) with the weight as low as 0.50g, and with the increment of 0.5g. (i.e 0.50g, 1.00g, 1.50g, 2.00g, and so on)
1.4. Every gram of gold purchased though SAV2U Program is supported by physical gold with only purity of 916 in form of gold bar. All gold stored separately in safe box will be melted to ascertain its ownership and can be delivered upon request.
1.5. Customer can monitor the purchase & transaction history of the SAV2U Program at the website by login into own account. Upon completion Gold purchase transaction, customer shall receive the transaction receipt via SAV2U system in e-commerce website.
1.6. The gold purchased through SAV2U Program can be used to redeem with any ready-stock physical 916 gold via trade in mechanism at any Angsa Emas Jewellery physical store or E-commerce website. It cannot be traded for money.
1.7. The gold purchased through SAV2U Program cannot be traded with or transfer to other members.
1.8. SAV2U Gold purchased by client will be keep by AEJ based on Wadiah Yad Amanah concept upon consent by Customer.
1.9. Upon all cumulative SAV2U gold in the vault has been purchased, the system shall be able to nullify or cancel every upcoming SAV2U gold purchase transaction until AEJ add additional new gold bar as SAV2U gold reserving in the vault or any SAV2U gold has been redeemed.
2.1. The accumulated gold purchased through SAV2U Program can be used to redeem via trade-in mechanism the physical jewellery available at Angsa Emas Jewellery store and e-commerce website.
2.2. The trade-in redemption weight is based on one-to-one basis. This means that 1g of SAV2U is equal to 1g of physical 916 jewellery.
2.2.1 During redemption, there will be 2 akad involved
1) The selling of gold purchased by customer through SAV2U to AEJ (buy back)
2) Purchase of jewellery by customer from AEJ
2.3 Scenarios below may exist during redemption process:

| The SAV2U balance after redemption will be recorded and can be redeemed in the future. |
2.4. After redemption, the accumulated SAV2U will be deducted based on the weight redeemed or sold.
2.5. Customer can check the updated weight balance by login their SAV2U account at the ecommerce website
3.1. Every gram of SAV2U purchased has a maturity period of 1 week. No redemption valid within 1 week from the purchased date
3.2. However, every gram of SAV2U that has been purchased at earlier date and has reach its maturity process can be used to redeem once reach the maturity period, customer can use their purchased gram in SAV2U and redeem with physical jewellery via trade-in mechanism in any time during Angsa Emas Jewellery store operation hour.
4.1. By purchasing the gold using SAV2U Program, customer is already agreed to the terms and conditions above.
4.2. Angsa Emas Jewellery shall not held any responsibility for the problem arise from the misunderstanding of the terms and conditions above.
